A BILL to amend and reenact section fifty, article two, chapter
fifteen of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine
hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to continuing the
West Virginia state police.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That section fifty, article two, chapter fifteen of the code
of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended,
be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 2. WEST VIRGINIA STATE POLICE.
§15-2-50. Termination date.

Pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of
this code, the West Virginia state police shall continue to exist
until the first day of July, two thousand one three, unless sooner terminated, continued or reestablished by act of the Legislature.
